This Privacy Policy applies to the UniTable 準點課表 mobile application (hereinafter referred to as the “Application”), which is provided by Vong Ka Wang (hereinafter referred to as the “Service Provider”) as a Freemium service. The Service is provided “AS IS” and is intended for use under the following terms.

1.1 The Application may collect the following categories of information:
Device Internet Protocol (IP) address.
Pages or screens visited, including time, date, and duration.
Time spent on the Application.
Mobile operating system version.
Username and email address when signing in (for authentication only).
1.2 When you import a screenshot or image for timetable analysis, the file will be securely transmitted to a remote server for the sole purpose of extracting timetable data. In order to provide this functionality, the image may be shared with our trusted third-party service provider that processes the data on our behalf. The image and related data will be retained for up to thirty (30) days solely for functionality, quality assurance, and troubleshooting purposes, after which it will be permanently deleted. Such processing and retention are carried out under strict contractual obligations to ensure compliance with applicable data protection laws and to guarantee that the data is not disclosed or used for any other purpose.
1.3 When you log into the Application and provide data such as course details, class schedules, examination schedules, and assignment schedules, such data may be transmitted to and stored on backend servers located in the United States.
This enables push notification functionality.
This provides an additional backup beyond iCloud to reduce the risk of data loss.
1.4 If you wish to delete your data from the backend servers, you may do so by deleting the corresponding data within the Application client. Once removed from the client, the associated server records will also be permanently deleted.
2. Cross-Border Data Transfer / 跨境資料傳輸 / 跨境数据传输
2.1 By using this Application, you acknowledge and consent that your personal data may be transferred to, processed, and stored in the United States.
2.2 Data protection laws in the United States may differ from those in your country or region of residence.
2.3 We will adopt all reasonable measures to ensure that your data is handled securely and in accordance with this Privacy Policy.

7.1 The Service Provider does not knowingly collect personal data from children under the age of 13.

7.4 In certain jurisdictions, you must be at least 16 years old to consent to data processing, or otherwise have parental/guardian consent.
