📘 How to Share Course Information with Friends

Step 1: Enter Course Information

Before sharing, make sure the course has been added.

👉 Refer to the "Add a Course" guide if you haven’t done so.

Step 2: Expand the Course Card

On the Home screen, tap the course card to expand it and view more options.

Step 3: Tap the "Share" Button

Tap the Share button to generate a QR code. This code contains the course details for your friend to scan.

⚠️ Note: You must be signed in with your Apple ID under the Settings page before using this feature.

Step 4: Let Your Friend Scan the QR Code

Using UniTable's Built-in Scanner:

If your friend scans the QR code with the built-in scanner in the UniTable app, the course information will be filled in automatically. They just need to tap "Save" to confirm.

Using Any Other QR Scanner:

Make sure your friend has the UniTable app installed. When they scan the QR code with any other QR scanner, it will open the UniTable app directly. The course information will be pre-filled — they simply tap "Save" to confirm.

Step 5: Enjoy the App

Once the course is saved, UniTable will send Live Activity notifications to your iOS lock screen before a class or exam starts.

You can also add assignment details to the built-in calendar, and receive customized reminders designed to help you stay on top of your tasks.
